I'm Arpana Prajapati, a product leader with a track record of building and scaling products across consumer, enterprise, and fintech — from 0→1 launches to platforms serving 100M+ users. I've led product teams at Amazon, Jupiter, T-Mobile, and Hitachi Data Systems.

I operate at the intersection of user research, data, and business strategy. Whether it's growing Alexa Notifications from 80M to 100M+ MAU, building an ML-powered spend categorisation engine to 95% accuracy at Jupiter, or designing executive dashboards integrating real-time social sentiment at T-Mobile — I focus on outcomes that move metrics and solve real problems.

Most recently, I've been exploring AI-native product development — building Tender, a relationship wellness app from research to shipped product in 48 hours using AI as a copilot for every stage: user research, feature prioritisation, product logic, and engineering.
